1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
¼ cup sour cream (optional)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions
Prepare the Sugar Cookie Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients. Press into pan and bake 10–12 minutes, then cool.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, then fold in flour. Pour over cooled crust.
Bake the Cheesecake: Reduce oven to 325°F (163°C). Bake 50–60 minutes until set. Cool gradually in oven, then chill in fridge 4+ hours or overnight.
Add Toppings: Top with whipped cream, fresh berries, or sprinkles before serving.
