▢5 oz milk, dairy or plant-based

▢2–3 medium strawberries

▢2 oz heavy cream

▢1 oz milk

▢1 teaspoon sweetener


Instructions

Whisk matcha powder with 2 oz hot water until smooth and frothy.

Add sweetener and mix well.

Blend strawberries, cream, milk, and sweetener until smooth.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in the strawberry mixture.

Add milk over the strawberry layer.

Top with the whisked matcha gently to create a layered effect.
