Ingredients
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup caramel sauce
12 pecan halves
2/3 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place graham cracker crust on a baking sheet.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
Top with half of the apple pie filling.
Add remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
Bake 35-40 minutes, until center is almost set.
Cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Before serving, top with remaining apple pie filling, drizzle caramel sauce, and sprinkle chopped pecans and pecan halves.
