Ingredients

1/2 tsp pink Tibetan salt (food-grade)
1 cup warm filtered water
Optional: 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Warm the water gently, making sure it’s not boiling.
Stir in the pink Tibetan salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice if using, and mix again.
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally before breakfast.
