Description

Creamy, smooth, and packed with protein, this Ninja Creami ice cream is a delicious way to hit your macros while satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (2% or preferred fat level)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

6 tablespoons allulose or 1/4 cup monk fruit blend (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon cashew butter (optional, for creaminess)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

60 grams whey protein powder

10 grams collagen protein (optional)


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender or mixing bowl and blend until completely smooth.

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove from freezer and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Use the Lite Ice Cream setting to spin.

If needed, add 1 tbsp milk and use Re-Spin to smooth out texture.

Use Mix-In setting if adding extras like nuts or chocolate chips.

Serve immediately or refreeze for later use.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and protein powder to fit your goals.

Cashew butter and collagen improve texture but are optional.

Store leftover ice cream in the pint and smooth top before re-freezing.
