Description
A simple daily morning drink made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon, and warm water to support digestion, reduce bloating, and enhance hydration naturally.
Ingredients
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
8–10 oz warm filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Warm the water until just above room temperature.
Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well.
Add raw honey if desired, then stir again.
Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach.
