Ingredients

8 cups cold water,

1 lemon, thinly sliced (or 2 tbsp lemon juice),

½ cucumber, thinly sliced,

1012 fresh mint leaves,

1-inch piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced (optional),

Ice cubes (as desired),

1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional),

1 tsp raw honey (optional)


Instructions

Wash and thinly slice the lemon, cucumber, and ginger (if using).,

In a large pitcher, combine cold water, lemon slices, cucumber slices, mint leaves, and ginger.,

Add apple cider vinegar and honey if desired, then stir well.,

Add plenty of ice cubes to chill the mixture.,

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.,

Serve cold. Refill the pitcher with water 1–2 times before replacing ingredients.

Notes

Adjust ingredient quantities based on taste preference. Avoid over-infusing for more than 24 hours to prevent bitterness.
