Description
This easy crockpot buffalo chicken pasta is creamy, spicy, and completely satisfying. With tender shredded chicken, tangy buffalo sauce, and smooth Alfredo, it’s the kind of meal you’ll make again and again.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
½ cup buffalo wing sauce
1 chopped yellow onion
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons bottled ranch dressing
16 oz rotini pasta
Optional: 4 oz cream cheese, chopped spinach
Instructions
Place chicken, onion, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in crockpot.
Cook on high 3–4 hours or low 6–7 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
Add Alfredo sauce, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
Boil pasta separately until al dente. Drain.
Add cooked pasta to crockpot. Mix until everything is coated.
Optional: Stir in cream cheese or spinach before serving. Top with bacon or extra sauce if desired.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add ¼ cup milk or broth with Alfredo.
Store leftovers up to 3 days in the fridge.
Freeze sauce separately from pasta for best results.
