Ingredients
1 to 1.5 tsp matcha powder
2 oz warm water (about 175°F)
1 cup milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy)
1–2 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
1 cup ice
Instructions
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl.
Add warm water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Stir in your sweetener of choice.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the milk.
Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the milk and ice. Stir to combine and enjoy.
Notes
Use ceremonial-grade matcha for the smoothest taste.
Adjust sweetener to preference.
For extra foam, froth the milk before pouring.
