3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

1 ¼ cups minced scallions (divided)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons minced or grated fresh ginger

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon sesame oil


Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the white parts of the scallions, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.

Stir in soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes; simmer until thickened.

Drizzle in sesame oil, mix, and remove from heat.
