Steep the tea bag in ½ cup hot water. Let cool, then chill in the fridge.Cook the Tapioca Pearls:
Prepare pearls according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and soak in sugar syrup or cool water.Blend the Honeydew:
In a blender, combine melon cubes, milk, maple syrup, and matcha (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.Assemble:
Add cooked pearls to the bottom of a serving glass. Pour in the tea (if using), then the melon mixture.Serve:
Add ice cubes and a wide straw. Garnish with melon balls or mint if desired.
