Description

A creamy, tangy dessert combining flavored gelatin with Greek yogurt and heavy cream to create a refreshing, mousse-like treat.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package Jello (flavor of your choice; I used Strawberry)*

1 cup boiling water (measure after boiling)

1/2 cup (127g) plain, full fat natural yogurt*

1/2 cup (118ml) heavy whipping cream*

For Garnish: (optional)

Whipped cream

Berries of choice

Mint leaves

Instructions

Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the Jello powder completely.

Let the gelatin mixture cool for 10–15 minutes until it’s no longer hot.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and heavy whipping cream until smooth.

Slowly add the cooled gelatin mixture to the yogurt and cream while whisking gently.

Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Garnish with whipped cream, berries, and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture and flavor.

Make sure the gelatin mixture is cooled to avoid curdling.

Experiment with different Jello flavors and garnishes to customize your dessert.
