Description
A soothing and metabolism-boosting herbal tea made with green tea, ginger, and peppermint—perfect for digestion and fat loss.
Ingredients
1 tsp loose-leaf green tea (or 1 tea bag)
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp dried peppermint leaves (or a few fresh leaves)
1.5 cups hot water
Optional: lemon slice or raw honey
Instructions
Boil water and let it cool slightly (ideal: 180°F).
Place green tea, ginger, and peppermint in a tea infuser or directly into a mug.
Pour hot water over the ingredients.
Steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain (if loose) and serve with lemon or honey if desired.
Notes
You can brew a large batch and store it in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
Avoid adding sugar for best weight loss results.
Drink 1–2 times daily between meals.
