Ingredients

1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
1 cup water
Squeeze of lemon or dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Combine all seeds in a jar or glass.
Add water and stir thoroughly.
Let it soak overnight in the fridge (6–8 hours).
In the morning, stir again and drink or eat with a spoon.
Optional: Add lemon, cinnamon, or blend with tea.
